Seeking Nominations for the ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ Innovators Hall of Fame

The Juneau Economic Development Council and the University of ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ are pleased to join the ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ State Committee for Research (SCoR) in encouraging nominations for the ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ Innovators Hall of Fame. 

The ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ State Committee for Research (SCoR) created the ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ Innovators Hall of Fame in 2014 to celebrate and honor outstanding individuals who put ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ on the map as leaders in innovation and to contribute to ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ’s growing culture of innovation. 

SCoR invites interested persons to nominate outstanding innovators to be inducted into the ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ Innovators Hall of Fame. Nominees who are selected by SCoR will be members of the 2021 class and will be inducted at the Innovation Summit held in Juneau in February 2021. Nominations must be submitted no later than November 15, 2020. Nominees must have been an ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ resident for at least one year, or have made a significant demonstration of the innovation’s links to ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ or have conducted research work in ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ. 

ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ is a proving ground for new technology and ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵns lead the way in developing science and technology to meet the challenges of the Great Land. It is ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵn ingenuity and a vast tradition of innovation that will benefit ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ’s future.
